Possibly the last bike ride...
...of the season. It was beautiful today so we went out on a nice bike ride around the city ending at 25.65 km.

Why the Gym Sucks
- new years resolutioners!

Why the Gym Doesn't Suck
- By biking OC doesn't get my money!

- The man in the electric wheelchair does the leg weights with such determination in his face. If he can get through it, I can too!
- Good way to get rid of excess energy and frustration
