I came across this article tonight and thought I would share: A Sunday Times survey confirmed that runners have better sex; it also showed that runners who have sex the night before the London Marathon do better, on average, than those who do not.
So want to join me in this running thing? 10 km race in Ottawa May long weekend...tempted?
