OUCH!
I am still on the gym workout schedule with Carmen where we do weights mon/wed/fri and cardio and core tues/thurs.... but you know what? It hurts! We did arms, back, and legs today along with 10 mins of cardio and stretching at the gym to make a 1 hour workout. Then tonight I went climbing... well it went less than stellar. I did manage to climb 6 walls though! One of them I missed the top by about 5-7 feet but it is because it is a 60 degree overhang which is killer when you are tired. Next time I will conquer it.........
