Sore Legs

Ugh. Feeling sore after another cardio day. I skipped the strength training due to the soreness. I also mixed it up today - it felt like add gym day. Here's the rundown;

10min wave
10min row machine
10min elliptical
2.0km track run
1.0km track walk
