Well it is confirmed. I have just registered for the Sudbury Rocks Marathon 10km event. It's this Sunday and the weather is forecasting 8C with light rain. Gross! Wish me luck!

Why the Gym Sucks
- new years resolutioners!
- The guy who goes on the eliptical and sweats so much it makes a puddle
- Running on the treadmill for two hours makes me feel like a hamster on a wheel...

Why the Gym Doesn't Suck
- By biking OC doesn't get my money!
- I have way more energy after a good workout
- There are some girls that run slower than me now!
- it gets a little easier every day

- The man in the electric wheelchair does the leg weights with such determination in his face. If he can get through it, I can too!
- Good way to get rid of excess energy and frustration
- Muscles getting stronger, able to do better climbs
- The hard work will make me look hotter than I am already
